Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin has been moving large amounts of Ether to centralized exchanges in September 2023, according to blockchain trackers.
The total value of his deposits is over $3.9 million.
On Sept. 25, he sent 400 ETH, worth about $632,000, to Coinbase. This was not his first transaction this month.
Spot On Chain reported that he had deposited 2,421 ETH ($3.94 million) from Sept. 15 to Sept. 25. He used different exchanges for his deposits, including Kraken, Bitstamp, and Paxos.
He sent 321 ETH to Kraken between Sept. 15 and Sept. 19, 1,700 ETH to Bitstamp on Sept. 17 and Sept. 20, and 500 ETH to Paxos on Sept. 19.
