An Arkansas energy provider is sweetening the deal for the state’s crypto miners by offering a special tariff to keep costs low as the industry faces new challenges. Entergy, a Fortune 500 company that specialises in delivering electricity to customers in the American South, is offering a bulk discount for mining operations in a state that already has some of the lowest energy costs in the ccountry.The energy charge, whichh was first proposed earlier this year, ranges from $0.75 to just over a penny per kilowatt-hour, according to an Arkansas Business spokesperson.
