According to company filings with the UK government, London-based crypto custodian Copper Technologies has raised $196 million in new funding this year. The new funding is part of the company’s ongoing Series C investment round. The remaining $196 million came from a convertible loan note and $181 million from new and existing shareholders. The firm’s valuation was unknown, and the company reported a loss of $16 million in 2021, up from $4.1 million in 2020.
