According to the article, which cites various sources, the corporation has reduced employment by more than 2,000 – or 30%-40% of its workforce – since layoffs began last summer. Previous reports put the figure closer to 1,000, and CEO Kris Marszalek indicated in June that 260 jobs, or 5% of the staff, had been lost.
