Cryptocurrency trading Platform Huobi on Friday said that it had received a license from the Financial Services Commission of the British Virgin Islands to start financial operations in the nation. Under the approval, Huobi is set to work under the subsidiary Brtuomi Worldwide Limited (BWL). This expansion of Huobi to the British Virgin Islands is a signal of its expansion strategy, with the UK as the next point for expansion. Huobi will offer cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin and Ether as well as trading in derivatives. Huobi was founded in China and is headquartered in Seychelles.
