Binance was one of several cryptocurrency exchanges to announce that it would start trading Worldcoin (WLD).
The industry’s largest exchange by volume announced that it would “tentatively” resume trading today at 5 a.m. EST.
Participants in the Worldcoin beta programme who acquired WLD tokens can now deposit them on Binance, which enabled this option earlier today.
Furthermore, the exchange intends to allow leveraged trading on WLD via its isolated margin function.
Two hours before Binance’s anticipated launch, the token began trading on ByBit for $0.3 per coin before skyrocketing to highs of $2.79 in fifteen minutes.
The cryptocurrency was last traded at $2.42 on the exchange. According to CoinGecko data, the total token supply is 10 billion tokens.
