In the latest stunt in the cryptocurrency space, co-founders of Elon GOAT token delivered a 12,000-pound sculpture to Tesla’s Austin headquarters, in a space where jokes and memes about digital currencies regularly flood social media. Elon GOAT’s creators claim that the name of their cryptocurrency was inspired by their admiration for Mr. Musk. They and other fans consider him to be the “greatest of all time,” or a “GOAT.” They took Mr. Musk’s admiration to the extreme, spending $600,000 to create a sculpture of his head wearing a gold-plated dogecoin necklace on a goat’s body. The rocket can move, pointing to the sky as if it were about to take off. Gas lines run through it, allowing flames to shoot out the back. Elon Musk, on the other hand, did not respond.
