According to a news release, London-based asset management Fasanara Capital has formed a new $350 million venture capitalist fund focusing on fintech and Web3. The firm manages more than $3.5 billion in assets and has a team dedicated to digital asset arbitrage trading and lending. Over the last three years, Fasanara Capital has shifted its focus to venture investing, participating in 27 funding rounds in Europe’s fintech industry. It recently led a $35 million Series A financing for Web3 startup Twig, which is developing a green cryptocurrency payments system.
