Lemon, a Latin American crypto exchange, revealed Tuesday that it has partnered with TravelX, a tokenized travel products marketplace, to allow its customers to purchase plane tickets. TravelX launched in late September, offering low-cost Argentine carrier Flybondi tickets that are turned into non-fungible tokens known as NFTickets after purchase. Beginning this month, each Lemon user will be able to purchase up to two tickets on TravelX with USDC from their Lemon wallet and receive 50% cash back in bitcoin, with a maximum transaction value of $100 USDC, according to the business.
