The Shibarium network, a project by the Shiba Inu developers, is getting ready to welcome the public again after fixing the issues that plagued its launch.
The network’s main developer, Shytoshi Kusama, announced on Tuesday that they have been testing and adjusting the network parameters to ensure its stability and performance.
He said that Shibarium is now “enhanced and optimized” and able to produce blocks.
The network launch was a disappointment for many SHIB holders, as it faced a network outage and a bridge malfunction that prevented transactions and locked millions of dollars. SHIB prices dropped 10% as a result.
The network was then closed to the public for further testing and debugging.
Kusama said they have implemented mechanisms to prevent such problems from happening again.
