In yet another round of crypto investment, Singapore-based crypto bank MinePlex has received $100 million from digital asset investment firm GEM Digital Limited (GEM), with the goal of bridging the gap between digital assets and traditional bbanking MinePlex will use the funding to develop new banking technologies, including a collaboration with Mastercard and Visa for transactions accepting Tether, Bitcoin, Ether, and TRON, according to an Oct. 11 announcement. MinePlex’s native MinePlex (PLEX) token will also be listed on new exchanges as part of the fundraising efforts, according to the company.
