Teneo, the liquidator for crypto hedge fund Three Arrows Capital, transferred Starry Night Capital’s NFTs to a Gnosis Safe wallet in order to gain possession of the digital assets, according to a filing from Teneo on Wednesday. Three Arrows Capital declared bankruptcy in July, citing “extreme volatility” in cryptocurrency markets. Teneo is seeking to reclaim all of Three Arrows’ assets, including the collection of non-fungible tokens, as part of the bankruptcy procedures. In the filing, Teneo added that, “Thanks to the cooperation of VincentVanDough, all Starry Night Capital NFTs, of which VVD is aware, have been accounted for and are in our possession or are being transferred to us.”
