The country’s prosecutor announced the Foreign Ministry has been requested to revoke Do Kwan’s passport. According to prosecutors, Kwon is currently in Singapore. Upon granting the request, Kwon is required to return to Seoul within 14 days. According to the prosecutors, the process of finding suspect Do Kwon is currently underway with the help of local and international investigators.
