Bastion, a new Web3 startup, has secured $25 million in seed funding from a16z Crypto and other investors.
The startup, which was founded by two ex-a16z crypto executives, aims to help enterprises adopt Web3 technologies seamlessly.
Bastion launched its product suite on Sept. 18 and plans to use the funds to grow its team, operations and products.
Two ex-a16z crypto executives, Riyaz Faizullabhoy and Nassim Eddequiouaq, who served as CTO and CSO respectively, founded Bastion in April.
Their former division, a16z Crypto, led the $25 million seed funding round for the startup.
Other investors included Nomura Group’s Laser Digital Ventures, Robot Ventures, Aptos Ventures and Alchemy Ventures.
Bastion aims to help enterprises adopt Web3 infrastructure seamlessly.
