Binance, a crypto exchange, announced on Monday that it has resumed offering its products and services to users in Belgium, who have agreed to its new Terms of Use.

The exchange had to stop operating in the country three months ago, following an order from the Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA).
The FSMA claimed that Binance was violating a prohibition by providing services from outside the European Economic Area.
Binance said last month that it would operate in Belgium through its Polish entity, Binance Poland.
