Due to ongoing phishing scams on the platform, Terra, a Layer 1 blockchain, has temporarily taken down its website to protect its users.
“We have successfully frozen the terra(dot) money domains to stop further phishing attempts, but we are still working on a full resolution,” Terra announced on X (formerly Twitter) on Aug. 22.
Terra warned its users not to interact with any sites under the same domain until they see an official “all-clear” message from this account.
“Our team has been working non-stop to fix this issue, but we have faced some delays with some third-party responses,” Terra added.
The website was hacked over the weekend by attackers who tried to trick users into giving up their personal information through phishing emails.
